The StyleCraft Shadow is a cordless 3-in-1 machine for scalp micropigmentation, permanent makeup and tattoo work. It runs an 11,000 RPM motor with a 3 mm stroke in an aluminium alloy body, and the LCD lets you adjust voltage in 0.1V increments rather than guessing at a dial. The lithium-ion battery gives up to 7 hours cordless and recharges over USB-C in 1.5 hours.

Do needles and ink come with it?

No. Ink and needle cartridges are sold separately. The box covers the machine, the RCA connector, the RCA cable and the USB-C charging cable.

Can it run corded from a power supply?

It ships with an RCA connector and 2.5A RCA cable, so it works with a standard power supply as well as on its own battery.

Is a 3 mm stroke right for SMP?

Three millimetres is the common all-round stroke for scalp micropigmentation — controlled enough for crisp dots, with enough travel for shading passes.
