📦 How fast will I get my order?
If you order before 12 PM EST, we usually ship it the same day. Most U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 business days.
We ship from our main spot in Effort, PA, or from partner warehouses in New York and California—whichever gets it to you quicker. You’ll get tracking info the moment your package is on the way.

🚚 What carriers do you use?
We roll with the big names—USPS, UPS, FedEx—and sometimes trusted local couriers. At checkout, you’ll pick the option that works best for you.

🔁 Can I return my order?
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Opened or used items—including clippers, trimmers, blades, razors, liquids, and aerosols—cannot be returned for sanitation and safety reasons.
If your product is defective, it’s covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and we’ll help connect you with them for service. Email us at yourbarberconnect@gmail.com to start a return request.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Right now, we only ship within the U.S. so we can keep things reliable, quick, and hassle-free.

✍️ Can I customize a product?
Some items can be personalized. If it’s available, you’ll see the option right on the product page. If not, hang tight—we’re working on adding more options.

💈 Do you offer wholesale or barbershop pricing?
Yep. Licensed barbers, shops, and schools can unlock bulk pricing and custom packages that keep you stocked without draining your margins. Just reach out to us and we’ll get you set up.

💵 Do you price match?
Nope—and here’s why: we already give barbers the best price upfront. Other sites mark things up and then wave around coupons or “price match guarantees” to make you feel like you’re saving. That’s not how we do business. Our prices are honest, fair, and set so you don’t have to play games or chase discounts. Straight up, barbers get the best deal with us from the start.
