Why would I pay the same for this as a SilkCut?

What is the difference from SwivelPro?

SwivelPro is the flagship at about sixty dollars more — titanium finish, ball-bearing pivot, and a 35-tooth thinner instead of a razor. SwivelCut gives you the same swivel handle and convex blade for less.

Does the swivel really help with wrist pain?

The mechanism is real: the thumb ring rotates independently, so you stop pronating the wrist and abducting the elbow to keep the blade level.
