How long does the battery last on a charge?

Published figures disagree, so we do not print one. JRL's own FreshFade 2020C product page states up to 2 hours of cordless runtime, while several authorized retailers list 4 hours of battery life for the 2020C-G. Until JRL publishes a figure for the gold edition specifically, treat any single number you see online with caution.

Is the charging dock included?

No. JRL lists the docking station as a separate purchase. This clipper ships with a plug-in charging adapter only.

Can I zero-gap the blade?

Yes. The FreshFade blade is zero-gap capable, and the lever opens the cut back out to 3.5 mm when you need length.

How is it different from the silver FreshFade 2020C?

By everything JRL publishes, the difference is the finish. The 2020C-G is the limited-edition gold housing; the cutting range, blade and accessory kit are the same.
