It is a complete assembly, not a single blade: titanium-coated stainless fixed blade, titanium-coated ceramic moving blade, blade lever, and the EZ-Gap alignment tool that lets you reset a true zero gap without eyeballing it.

Questions Barbers Ask

Will this fit my JRL FreshFade 2020C?

No. This is the 2025C Diamante blade. The FreshFade 2020C takes a different blade — for a fade blade on that clipper look at the BF04 series. Ordering the wrong one is the single most common mistake with JRL blades.

Will it fit the JRL Onyx?

No. The Onyx (2020C-B) is not compatible. Neither is the 1000/1040 series.

Is this just the blade, or the cutter too?

Both, plus the lever and the EZ-Gap tool. It is a complete assembly.

What does EZ-Gap actually do?

The included tool aligns the blade set to a repeatable zero gap. Instead of setting it by eye and testing on hair, you set it against the tool.

What is the moving blade made of?

Titanium-coated ceramic, running against a titanium-coated stainless fixed blade. Ceramic runs cooler than steel-on-steel.
