What is the APEX fade blade and how is it different from the taper blade model?

APEX is the fade blade JRL fits to this version of the 3000C. The alternative 3000C ships with a taper blade. Motor, cutting range, weight and battery are identical between the two.

Can I zero-gap this clipper?

Yes. JRL states the blade is zero-gap capable, and the blade gap adjustment and reset tool is supplied in the box.

Is it dual voltage for travel?
