How long does the JRL 3000C run on a charge?

JRL publishes up to 2 hours of cordless runtime from a full charge, and the 3.7V / 2000 mAh lithium battery takes approximately 2 hours to charge. The LED display counts down remaining runtime as you work.

How does the taper blade version differ from the fade blade version?

This model (3000CWE-T) ships with JRL's taper blade. JRL also sells the 3000C with the APEX fade blade. Both share the same 7,800 RPM brushless motor, 0.25–3.0 mm cutting range and 253 g body.

Can it be zero-gapped?

Yes. JRL states the taper blade is zero-gap capable, and the blade gap adjustment and reset tool needed to set it is included in the box.

Does it charge over USB?

JRL does not publish a charging port type for the 3000C. The clipper ships with a charging dock and a U.S. plug power adapter.
