So I purchased this clipper and I wasn't satisfied with it.... i literally did a few strokes not even whole haircuts on two clients.. And just from a few strokes, already knew that the clipper was not for me.It lacked serious power.. But of course this company here(your barberconnect did not want to refund or even do an exchange ... the return policy is just a joke they should just have it where there's no returns.No refunds no exchanges... they basically want people to look at what they bought and decide they don't want it. That's the only way they'll take it back.... they probably wouldn't even take it back then... on top of that, they made me pay the shipping when I sent it back to them.And when they didn't want to take the clipper back they made me pay the shipping to send it back to me... So I ended up spending over three hundred and fifty dollars.. for something that's in perfect condition.. They also lied and took false pictures saying that the cleaning brush was used and the blade was used which I'd never use either of.... i should have took pictures of everything before I sent to them.So I could do a dispute.. .. it's like they went above and beyond was lying just to keep my money when I wasn't even asking for my money in return.. All I want it was an exchange... So anyone who thinks about buying from your shitty company should twice... Your company isn't into keeping clients. At all.. Your company comes off as extremely desperate....
Hi Eddie, we’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience. As our posted return policy states, clippers that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons. Even so, when you told us the clipper was unused, we made a special exception to allow you to return it as an “unused open-box” item with only a 15% restocking fee.
Upon inspection, the clipper arrived with hair on the blade, brush, and inside the packaging, which made it ineligible for return under both our policy and the exception we extended. We understand this was not the outcome you hoped for, but we must follow our policies to ensure fairness and safety for all of our customers.
