A cooler-running blade for the clipper that never leaves your hand.
This is a ceramic replacement blade made to fit the Wahl Senior. Ceramic transfers heat poorly and generates less friction than steel, and blades in this line are rated at up to 75% cooler operation and up to 5x the life of a steel blade. They are chemical resistant, corrosion resistant and rust free.
- Up to 75% cooler than steel, which is the difference between finishing a fade and stopping to cool the blade.
- Up to 5x the blade life of steel, so the cost per haircut is lower even though the blade costs more up front.
- Rust free and corrosion resistant, built for a station where blades get sprayed, wiped and left out.
- Chemical resistant, so a full disinfecting routine does not eat the blade.
- Low friction surface glides instead of dragging, which means a faster, cleaner pass.

Questions Barbers Ask
How do I fit it?
Power off and unplug the clipper, back out the blade screws, lift the old blade off, seat the new one, and reset the blade level before tightening. Oil it before the first pass. If you have never levelled a blade, do it once with an old blade in front of you before you do it on a client.
Does a ceramic blade cut differently?
The cut itself is a function of the tooth geometry, not the material. What changes is heat and drag. Most barbers report a smoother feed and a blade that stays comfortable much longer into a session.
Is it worth the price over a steel replacement?
If you cut all day, yes, on two counts. It lasts several times longer, and it is genuinely cooler, which means less client discomfort and less time spent on coolant spray. If you cut occasionally, a steel blade is the cheaper call.
Why Barbers Love It
The Senior is a workhorse and it earns its heat. Putting a ceramic blade on it takes the one real complaint off the table without changing anything else about how the clipper behaves.
