Is Barbicide included?

No. This is the jar only. Barbicide concentrate is bought separately and diluted at 2 ounces to 32 ounces of water.

Will shears fit in the midsize jar?

Shorter shears may fit, but full-length shears often will not sit fully submerged. If shears are your main concern, use the large 38oz jar.

How do I clean the jar itself?

Empty daily, wash the jar with soap and water, rinse and refill with fresh solution. Topping up an old jar is not the same as changing it.
