Does the jar come with Barbicide solution?

No. The jar is the container only — Barbicide concentrate is purchased separately and mixed at 2 ounces per 32 ounces of water.

How often do I change the solution?

Daily, and immediately if it becomes cloudy or visibly contaminated. Check your state board rules, which may be stricter.

Large or midsize jar?

Large if you disinfect shears and long combs, which need depth to be fully covered. Midsize if you are mainly doing guards, clipper combs and smaller tools, or if station space is tight.
