How long does the FX726RI run on a charge?

Published runtime figures conflict between sellers — some list up to 2.5 hours and others list up to 4 hours — and BaBylissPRO does not currently publish a runtime figure for this special edition on its own site, so we are not printing a number we cannot stand behind. What is consistent across sources is that the trimmer runs corded as well as cordless, so a drained battery does not end the service.

Is the DLC blade the same as a regular BaBylissPRO T-blade?

No. This is the Black DLC (diamond-like carbon) deep-tooth 2.0mm T-blade, replacement number FX707BD2. The deep-tooth geometry moves more hair per pass than a standard finishing T-blade, and the DLC coating is what gives it the black finish and hard cutting surface.

Can I zero-gap it?

Yes. The blade is zero-gap adjustable out of the box. Loosen the blade screws, walk the cutter up to the guide, and lock it down — standard practice, and the 360-degree exposed T-blade design makes the alignment easy to see.

Will it work on 220V outside the US?

Yes. The FX726RI is dual voltage, so it works on international current with the appropriate plug adapter.
