BaBylissPRO lists a hypoallergenic black titanium foil. Retailer copy that calls it a gold foil is describing the housing finish, not the foil.

Single foil or double foil?

Single. The UVFoil is a single-foil shaver, which many barbers prefer for control on necklines and around tattoos.

Is there a published charge time?
