Will it fit my FX3 trimmer?

No. BaBylissPRO excludes the FX3 specifically. The FX3 trimmer takes its own FX703 series blade.

Do the oil reservoirs mean I can skip oiling?

No. They keep a film of oil at the cutting surfaces between services, which slows down heat build-up. You still oil the blade before each client, same as always.

Deep tooth on a detail blade, does that make sense?

It does when your clients have thick or coarse hair. Deep tooth feeds more per pass, so the blade does not stall in the middle of a line. On fine hair a standard tooth blade is the gentler option.
