Can I replace just the cutters and keep the old foil?

Andis says no. The instruction on the pack is to always replace the foil assembly when you replace the cutters. A new cutter running against a stretched foil chews through the foil fast and cuts unevenly in the meantime.

How do I install it?

Grasp and pull each old cutter straight up to remove it, align the metal shaft with the notch, then press down until it snaps home. Slide the new foil assembly over the cutters until it seats.

Does this fit the Andis ProFoil shavers?

No. The 17330 is cut for the reSURGE. ProFoil Lithium and ProFoil Lithium Plus shavers take the 17280 assembly instead.
