Does this come with a power adapter?

No. The stand plugs into the USB-C charging adapter that came with your reSURGE shaver. Andis sells the stand on its own, so keep your original adapter.

Will it hold any foil shaver?

It is built for the reSURGE. Other shavers have different body shapes and contact points, so treat this as a reSURGE-only accessory.

Why buy a stand when the shaver already charges by cable?
