Questions Barbers Ask

Will these fit my trimmer?

No. The set is cut for full-size clipper blades. Trimmers need their own smaller guard sets.

What does the 1-1/4" guard get used for?

Bulk removal on longer styles and heavy heads. It is the size most eight-piece sets leave out, and it saves a lot of scissor work when you need it.

How do I stop guards cracking?

Lift them straight off the blade rather than twisting, and keep them out of hot water. Most guard failures are handling, not wear.
