What is the correct dilution?

Mix 2 ounces of Barbicide concentrate into 32 ounces of water. Do not eyeball it — under-diluting wastes product and over-diluting means the solution is not doing the job it is registered to do.

How long do tools need to stay in?

Do I need to clean tools first?
