Clipper Credit & Blade Buyback
That clipper in your drawer
is worth something toward
the one you actually want.
We ask what we need to ask — four questions for a blade, a few more for a cordless clipper — and then we show you the math.
Store credit only, which is exactly why the number is bigger than a cash offer would be. Credit comes back to us as a sale, so we can afford to pay you more for the tool.
How we get to that number
We work backwards, not down. We start from what your tool actually sells for once it's cleaned, sharpened, tested and certified. We subtract what the refurb costs us in parts, subtract the margin we need to keep the doors open, and the rest is yours. Every line of that is on your ticket — we're not hiding the math.
Brand matters more than most people expect. A JRL, StyleCraft, Gamma+ or BaBylissPRO holds close to its value on the used market. A comparable Wahl loses about a third. Two tools that cost the same new are not worth the same trade, so we don't pretend they are.
The estimate is what you get if the tool checks out. We're not going to show you one number here and hand you a smaller one at the counter. If we find something you didn't know about, we show you what it is before we revise anything.
