The story
Four barbers, four names nobody uses their real one for
Nobody at The Kut Shoppe goes by their government name. There is Kash the Fadeologist, Mr. Glen the Kut Doctor, Kris-P Fades, and Crowned by Steph - and that tells you most of what the room is like. It opened on Main Street in May 2017 as an appointment shop rather than a take-a-number shop, which in a town this size was a statement: book your barber, get your time, do not sit around. Walk in if you want and they will fit you if a chair is free. The hygiene side is unusually serious for a small shop too - fresh cape every client, gloves, surfaces disinfected between chairs, Barbicide certified since 2021. Customers put it more simply than we can: if it ain't the Kut Shoppe, it ain't kut right.
