Returns & Refund Policy

We keep it simple: barbers deserve fair prices and no games. To protect both you and us, here’s how returns work at Your Barber Connect:


Return Window

* You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return.

* After 30 days, all sales are final.


Eligibility

* Unopened Items: Can be returned within 30 days for a refund (minus shipping and restocking fees). Must be unused, factory-sealed, and in original packaging.

* Opened or Used Items: Cannot be returned for refund or exchange. For sanitation and safety, this includes clippers, trimmers, blades, razors, chemicals, liquids, and aerosols.

* Defective Items: Covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll help connect you with the brand for repair or replacement.


Condition Requirements

* All returns must include all packaging, instructions, warranty cards, and accessories in new condition.

* Items not meeting these requirements may be denied or subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% in addition to shipping costs.


Restocking Fee

* Standard restocking fee: up to 20%.

* If packaging/accessories are missing or the product shows wear, the restocking fee may increase to 50%.

* Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Free Shipping Orders

* If returning an item causes your order total to fall below our free shipping threshold, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


In-Store Pickup Orders

* Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.


Refunds

* Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email of approval or rejection.

* Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method (minus shipping and restocking fees).

* Please allow normal bank/credit card processing times for the refund to post.


Non-Returnable Items

* Opened, used, or damaged items

* Clippers, trimmers, blades, razors

* Chemicals, liquids, aerosols

* Sale and clearance items


Exchanges

* We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Email us at yourbarberconnect@gmail.com for assistance.


Shipping Returns

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

* For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Bottom Line

* 30 days to return unopened items.

* Opened or used = manufacturer’s warranty only.

* Restocking fees (20–50%) and shipping costs may apply.
