The victim, later identified as Dwayne Hunter, was transported to the hospital but tragically succumbed to his injuries.

Through diligent efforts, the WPD has identified the suspect vehicle as a four-door Honda Accord, model years 2003-2007, with possible front-end damage and a missing driver-side mirror.
